My experience with dealership and particularly the salesman was a dream come true. I usually hate buying a car. Not any more. The process of selecting a car, negotiating price, and purchasing was easy and with no pressure. I highly recommend buying here.

Purchasing a new Sonata with John Cowan as my sales associate was a good experience. I got just the car I wanted and he explained all the features so that I was ready to drive the car off the lot feeling like I knew the car inside out. The entire process was outstanding. Andrew and I were working together via email. I spelled out exactly what I was looking you. When I made it out to the dealership and Andrew put pen to paper, he gave me just that. None of the usually non-sense I've experienced with previous dealers. Drew is the very first car salesperson who has ever given me the feeling that I was his number one priority, and both he and the folks at the Hyundai North Scottsdale dealership are the very first, in my opinion, where I felt I experienced service AFTER the sale.
