The entire process was outstanding. Andrew and I were working together via email. I spelled out exactly what I was looking you. When I made it out to the dealership and Andrew put pen to paper, he gave me just that. None of the usually non-sense I've experienced with previous dealers. Drew is the very first car salesperson who has ever given me the feeling that I was his number one priority, and both he and the folks at the Hyundai North Scottsdale dealership are the very first, in my opinion, where I felt I experienced service AFTER the sale. Mr.Drew Gabler was the only reason I bought my Equus . I was planning to buy another Mercedes s 550 but he changed my mind and showed me all the nice features that this car has, the comfortable ride and fantastic handling which you can only expect from a luxury car. I drove it to my house the next day and i absolutely love it. I highly recommend Drew Gabler as your car salesman if you are looking for the best customer service. Best car buying experience ever. James listened and was respectful, totally competent, honest, straightforward. When I called for general information, after listening to James for 1 minute, I could immediately sense that he was honest and with NO BULL. My husband and I stopped into Earnhardt Hyundai North Scottsdale for 2 things. First, one of my tires on my 2012 Sonata seemed to be losing air more quickly than it should and we wanted to have it looked it. We found out that the dealership had just opened that day in their new and improved location and service wouldn't be open until Monday.
