First time car buyer just out of college and was quite nervous and a little overwhelmed by the whole experience. John made the buying process very relaxed and walked me through every step explaining every detail. Found an excellent model perfect for someone like me. I was debating whether or not to put $2000 worth of work on an older, high mileage car or buy a new car. I narrowed it down to 2 cars (Hyundai Tucson or KIA Sportage). When I came into Earnhardt Hyundai, Michael was very helpful and straight foward. It was important to me not to feel like I was getting the run-around, or that I couldn't trust what the dealership was offering me. Michael was very professional, honest and helpful, which was a pleasant surprise to the horror stories I've read about dealerships.
