Nothing but good vibes as I entered the showroom and approached Bill Johnson's desk. He walked me through the process as I was comfortable with the area, previously owning five Saturn's, the dealership previous to Hyundai. We were referred to Earnhardt by the Femiano family. James and Jim were extremely helpful in finding the car we wanted. James took the time to review all the features and answer the many questions my husband asked. Ian was a pleasure to deal with as well which doesn't get said very much about a finance guy. James made the buying process so easy and painless. I was deciding between two cars, both of which James ran the numbers for quickly, and the decision was painless (and both cars were about $2,000 cheaper than at another dealership we had looked at). James has called and emailed me to check to see how I have been liking the car. Ian made the finances simple and quick- I would absolutely buy another car from here based on this experience.

First contact with Earnhardt Hyundai was through Tony Wahl in early November. It was a congenial visit in which he, being well informed and knowledgeable of his product, provided the information and timeline I was looking for. Because of this pleasant contact with Hyundai and Earnhardt, I return to this dealership on December 1 to firm up the specific product, Santa Fe GLS, and to set a no-later-than delivery date. We purchased a Tuscon a little over a year ago and had a great experience. Tristan was our sales associate the last time too. In early November I was in a car accident and my car was totalled. My husband was able to work on the paperwork at the dealership while I was at work. I was so busy at work and Trsitan went above and beyond to get the paperwork signed! i love my Tuscon. as soon as I walked onto the lot I was greeted with a big smile and open arms. Michael Enyart was more than willing to search for just the right vehicle with me. He took his time and explain everything about every question that I had. He was polite and his greeting and offered me a cold bottle of water as well as some tasty popcorn. When we first got to the dealership John Lloyd treated us like regular people not like we were potential sales. He was very honest about the whole experience and really listened to what we were looking for in a car and did his best to make that happen.
