Phenomenal NYC quality from start to finish with zero attitude or snobbery. Top-notch haircut, shampoo, blow-dry, all-around service and beautiful salon. Totally seamless-- these are real pros who make it all look easy. It's apparent they've diligently created their own place to make everything perfect from the design of the salon to the quality of the services provided and they've succeeded completely. Highly recommend.
I Love This Place!!! My hair is so important to me, I wear it every day. At Zoku they really know what they are doing and Zoe makes me beautiful!!! Every time I go back my hair is perfect, every time, perfect. My cuts are perfect as well. Christine is fantastic, I always listen to her recommendations for my cut. New to the East Coast Recently moved from California and my coworker who works at the east coast office recommended Bari for highlights I couldn't be happier. Saw her last week, I was a little afraid to try someone new being I have been seeing the same colorist for 10 years. Amazing!! I heart Miriam!! :) So I went in last week and had a haircut with Miriam and I was very very pleased. She did exactly what i asked and listened to me very well and answered any questions with her honest opinion based on her knowledge.
A great salon Great color, amazing service, and Julie in the Spa gives the best facial massage. My color stays true for weeks and my cut always looks polished.
Great cut, horrible color I decided to splurge and go with the owners for both cut and color. The cut by Christine was one of the best I had, but the highlight from Zoe was horrible. The highlight was almost a 1/2 inch from the root and the tone was very brassy. I went back for a correction which she was happy to do, but honestly didn't look much better. best place outside of the city Had been going to Frederic Fekkai - I loved my stylist and colorist; however, it takes all day since I am driving to and from the city. Zoku is great - good colorist is Isaac (try the ballyage for highlights).
They always get it right! They always get it right and a wonderful place to enhance the beauty of your hair! Great cut and great coloring too!! Not much of waiting and they give that touch, which is out of this world. Only other place for such a great cut is Manhattan
Best Ever...I Wish I was Local So, the most frustrating thing about this salon is that it's on the other end of the country. I was in New Jersey for a wedding and decided to take the opportunity to get my hair cut and colored.
