RecommendedJohn did an outstanding job in all respects ... on time, professional, explained all services and charges up front, toured each room to discuss any issues/concerns. Did a very thorough job pre-treating, cleaning, drying, and toured finished areas with me to ensure satisfaction. Wore mask and booties. Used plastic protectors against hallway corners to prevent damage from hoses. This was our second time using Zerorez and will continue using them in the future!

they always leave a fresh scent on my carpet. are very polite. and the carpets dry very fast. this is the fourth time I have used them and we'll use nobody else.
The efficiency of the entire process, from scheduling to estimate to the actual cleaning and the invoice and payment process. It was all easy with minimal effort, other than moving our furniture. The tech, Justin, was professional and knowledgeable. I would request Justin again in the future.
