I also hired Zerorez in **********. They saw 2 small stains that I didnt care about but he assured me he could get it out so I let him try. He dumped some yellow liquid from a jug in my floors. Now those spots are 7-8x bigger than they were and so far zerorez is very unapologetic and unwilling to fix it. Still waiting on Branch manager to call back.
Hired Zerorez Indy to clean my carpets and they dragged their hose round my first and second floor pulling paint off the wall and causing damage. We had just hired a painter to paint these walls. They also leaked water on the hardwoods in the entryway and we had to point out the pooling water and the soaked runner. I agreed to have carpet cleaned by Zerorez. The worker that came out assured us we wouldnt have to have any additional services to address some urine stains. The next day when it dried the stains were worse than before cleaning. I called ****** and they come back out and charged me $75 for additional chemicals. I feel this should have been taken care of the first cleaning. I was supposed to sign waiver regarding pet stain that I did not. I dont feel I should have paid $75 chemical additional.
