Their service technician (Chase M.) was exceptional. Called ahead of time as they said he would, explained the various cleaning services that Zerorez provides, reviewed areas to be cleaned and gave us what the cost would be, pretreated stains before cleaning carpet, cleaned up throughly when finished. Can’t say enough about Zerorez!
