Our technician Matt was wonderful! He went above and beyond, patiently explaining every step and option in detail, then performing our cleaning, all while maintaining masking and social distancing. Our carpets look at least 5 shades lighter now, and our pet stains from our puppy are gone!!! We are VERY happy and will be repeat customers in the future! 😊

Worse carpet clean we’ve ever had. No spots came out. Not one! It is like they sprayed water on my carpet and whatever came up... Then when the driver leaves our home he backs up in our driveway, had to have his the gas, instead of the brakes, goes flying down over our ditch into the neighborhood yard tearing up our flower beds, the neighbors trees and had to be towed out. That whole process took over 3 hours. I have never seen anything like it. Would never recommend this company
