Worse carpet clean we’ve ever had. No spots came out. Not one! It is like they sprayed water on my carpet and whatever came up... Then when the driver leaves our home he backs up in our driveway, had to have his the gas, instead of the brakes, goes flying down over our ditch into the neighborhood yard tearing up our flower beds, the neighbors trees and had to be towed out. That whole process took over 3 hours. I have never seen anything like it. Would never recommend this company
Zerorez did an outstanding job!!! I would recommend them to anyone that needs there carpet cleaned. Our service tech was amazing.

Paid almost $400 for extra pet treatment and carpet cleaning of two rooms. Stains were not removed at all. Very disappointed
