Friendly and responsive technician, I had Chase, and the carpets look great. Good COVID safety precautions were followed so there was no worry having someone in the house.

Zach Griffith came in and erased the evidence of 12 months worth of stains and grime from a busy 4 year old granddaughter, a furry cat and two adults tracking in the elements. He was professional and extremely personal. Pleasant surprise was the price remained as I was quoted! I definitely reccomend Zerorex for your carpets.

John was polite, explaining everything up front. He wore a mask for our protection. He was efficient. He had me show him issues with the furniture before he cleaned and had me inspect his work afterwards. Excellent work and wonderful customer service! I would recommend Zerorez to everyone!
