Confession time...I used a Rug Doctor on our carpets, and even after rinsing them with clean water the floors became sticky and grimy with residue. I called ZeroRez, and Adonis did a great job! He was punctual (early even), and he was very conscientious about not banging things into the walls, corners, etc. It only took about 45 minutes to do 3 bedrooms and a hall, and the smell is not overly strong or perfumey.
