Our technician, Justin, did a great job of providing fast & clean service.
When the rep got here I showed him the areas that needed to be done. I also had a small chaise couch for him to do as well which was the color of vanilla. I mentioned to him that please don’t get the sofa dirty with any of the equipment or anything because the couch was so light in color. When he was finished there were black fingerprints on some of the couch that he had to wash his hands and then re-clean those areas of those fingerprints. I did mention this at the beginning so he would know in advance. They did a good job ... read more
