Our technician, Justin, did a great job of providing fast & clean service.
When the rep got here I showed him the areas that needed to be done. I also had a small chaise couch for him to do as well which was the color of vanilla. I mentioned to him that please don’t get the sofa dirty with any of the equipment or anything because the couch was so light in color. When he was finished there were black fingerprints on some of the couch that he had to wash his hands and then re-clean those areas of those fingerprints. Pleasant experience. Made my carpet look like new again.
Justin did a very good job. He explain step by step what he was doing, we did a walk through after he was done. He even said if I see that he miss a spot he will come back and clean it. A very nice and polite young man. Great job. Thank you Vanessa
Friendly and responsive technician, I had Chase, and the carpets look great. Good COVID safety precautions were followed so there was no worry having someone in the house.
