The person that came out was very courteous and professional. He talked about what he was going to do and recommend an additional service which we got. When finished the carpet looked fantastic and everything was fresh. We will use Zerorez again.

We live in a apartment and they have not cleaned our carpets in 5yrs! I was amazed on how the carpets look after the job was done. We had the deep extraction done and it was cool to see the amount of dirt and residue from spills it took out!
