My carpet always smells great and is clean filling with no residue. Staff is always professional.
Good experience. Technician called prior to arriving (within window given). Before starting, he clarified what I wanted him to do. And the thing my husband liked best - technician didn’t try to “up sell” additional items. I paid what I was quoted. The carpet looked and smelled great when he finished (despite my two elderly dogs who sometimes decide the wind isn’t blowing correctly that day and want to potty inside). Thank you zerorez- I will definitely have you back.
John did an outstanding job in all respects ... on time, professional, explained all services and charges up front, toured each room to discuss any issues/concerns. Did a very thorough job pre-treating, cleaning, drying, and toured finished areas with me to ensure satisfaction. Wore mask and booties. Used plastic protectors against hallway corners to prevent damage from hoses. This was our second time using Zerorez and will continue using them in the future!
