RecommendedTechnician looked at all of the rooms and described what he would do. He spot treated heavy traffic patterns and said that he would do his best to remove the stains but some of them would not come out. I had Zerorez at my house 2 years ago and was very satisfied. I am very satisfied with the job done today as well.

the young man gave me a 40 minute heads up and was quietly respectful the whole time he was in my home. he did an excellent job cleaning my carpet and then gave me a few hints on how to prevent a couple of the stains that were bad. I'm gonna run out and buy a shoe cleaning mat and a couple area rugs!! Thank you.
