Terrible Customer Service – I also stumbled across Zaza one day and decided to make an appointment. Two days before my appointment, they called to cancel my appointment b/c they had a party scheduled. I then rescheduled my appointment for the following day. Boutique Environment, Bargain Prices – These guys are really trying to do something different and it works! I came with a friend and we both got manicures while reclining in comfy leather chairs with pillows behind our backs. The level of detail was extraordinary. We both commented that it was an incredible manicure and the price is more like that at the dime-a-dozen nail shops on every block in SF. But the service is something different. ZaZa's for Lunch!! – I went to get a pedi at ZaZa's over lunch and it was awesome! The atmosphere is very relaxing and clean. The staff is super nice and attentive and my pedi turned out beautiful! I highly recommend them. If you work in the area, it's a perfect excuse to get out of hte office for lunch. They send you home with tools, too!! i.e. nail file, pummus stone, buffer etc.
