Great experience, every time! – I found ZaZa after moving into the neighborhood and needed a new spa for waxing treatments -- and not only did I find one, I also found a great nail salon as well! ZaZa does a fabulous job on your hands and feet, making you feel pampered and comfortable. The spa is always clean and the staff is friendly and well trained. As for waxing, Gwen does a great job, and will use the wax best suited for your skin type. Will return again and again!
ZAZA took me away! – Always a treat, always a friendly staff, always the best pedi/manicure! I must say that I always leave ZAZA refresh and looking fabulous! I love the beautiful decor and atmosphere, very modern, clean and sheeek! The best and most comfortable chairs! Excellent location, especially if you plan on having lunch, going out to dinner or a night out in town. I highly recommend it! Looking forward to my next visit!!
Best Experience EVER!! – I was persuaded to go here with my cousin. I rarely get my nails done, and I had never had a pedicure before. I am so put off by those dinky salons that are unsanitary, where the employees are unfriendly and talk about you in their own language. All of those elements were absent at ZAZA. Best Nail Salon in SF – Zaza is one of the best nail salons I've ever been to! The service is impeccable and the prices are extremely reasonable, unlike many other so-called upscale nail salons in the city. The decor is modern yet cozy. Best Decor and Service!!! – Why Zaza is better than all the rest? For many years I have not been loyal to any nail sailons...WHY??? The best place to relax – I've been to Zaza Nail Spa several times, and each time I have had a wonderful experience. It is in a great location...Only a few blocks from where I work. Just average... – I called to make a reservation but nobody answered the phone. When I went there, they asked if I had a reservation... oh well... So I was seated right away but felt rushed through my "45 minute" Zaza pedi. Unless they count 20 minutes of drying time, it was NOT 45 minutes. Also, the man who gave me my manicure had the thickest, longest nails that kept poking into my hands. Incredible!! – What can I say....Beautiful atmosphere, friendly staff and one of the best pedicures Ive had in SF. Place is modern but very comfortable. Its a huge space but they only have 9 chairs so you dont feel cramped and rushed. Only thing is I wish I remembered the name of my nail technician!
