Pefect Mani/Pedis – I came here for a bridal shower and had a lovely, relaxing time! Loved the soothing décor and sweet smells. Unlike the other reviews, I found that my polish stayed for the whole week of the wedding. The great attention to detail along with the scrubs and lotions used were well worth price! I'll be back for my next mani/pedi
Pretty Salon w Poor Manicures – The manicure only lasts a day. Polish starts chipping right away and no concern shown by staff about it. It could be a great spot for pampering but for a lasting polish job go elsewhere.
ZaZa Pedi for lunch. – Just had a long night and thought I would grab some quick relaxation at lunch. Heard my coworkers talking about ZAZa around the corner and decided to check it out. What a great idea! loved the decor and most of all the comfy chairs. I plopped down and got a nice relaxing pedi that almost put me to sleep. Great scrubs and high end products with my service is a definate plus. Thanks Zaza!
Invisible service – i came here by myself the first time a month ago and it was fine - no crowds, decent service. So this time, i brought a friend - big mistake! They said the wait was 15 minutes for seats next to each other. 42 minutes later, after both of our cuppa joes were downed, and we were all caught up for the afternoon, we decided the best direction was the door. The worst part was that no one even cared to notice.
Posh for Price – I hate cheap looking nail salons with white walls, chintzy brass art and florescent lighting therefore I loved the look and feel of ZaZa. Finally, an affordable nail salon that looks luxurious. I hate to complain about this place, but the man giving me a manicure had horrendously long fingernails (like an inch!) thats fine, but using them as a tool is not. Supercuts service at Maiden Lane prices – Their space is large, clean, but generic. I had come to expect disjointed service at places that have just opened, and my expectations were confirmed at Zaza. They offered me tea. I opted for just water, but it never arrived. I just wanted a basic mani/pedi, but felt they were pushing me towards pricey packages. So I hunkered down on their leather seats, and settled on the Zaza mani/pedi. Awesome service and great value!!!! – I loved, loved my visit to ZaZa!!! I found ZaZa on citysearch.com and when I saw all of the great recommnedations I figured I would take a chance. I was in San Fran for a conference so I booked an appointment for a friend and myself. We both got mani/pedi's and my friend also got a brow shaping. Clean, friendly, luxurious – Zaza offers deluxe spa treatments to pamper the soul! Nothing beats the Zaza Mani/Pedi after a long week at work. The staff is friendly and courteous. They sterilize their instruments and the atmosphere is wonderful with relaxing music and color schemes. Detailed thought has been put into the decor of the spa--with fresh flowers, satiny pillows and leather reclining chairs. It would be a great place to have a bridal shower or party.
Not worth your time (or your parking karma!) – I heard about this place from a girlfriend of mine and forwent my local nail shop in my neighborhood to check it out! I was 15 minutes late for my appointment because there was NO parking. The front desk staff was rude when I arrived late, so I settled for just a pedicure.
