Terrible people. Make promises they know they will never honor. Paid an extra $120 a month for a warranty that didn’t cover a thing. DO NOT GET THE BUMPER TO BUMPER warranty! Or buy a vehicle from these crooks
so disappointed. Purchased a certified pre-owned Nissan Rogue from them and my wife was talked into the additional warranty to ensure EVERYTHING was covered that could possibly go wrong. The salesman even explained that it covered the navagation system in case something went wrong....well here we are 6 months later and just found out that the warranty we paid for doesn't cover the TRIM piece on our seats..it fell off and now we cant adjust them. $700 to repair...sad might be a good company but don't trust them
I bought my car a year ago from Youngblood on Campbell. My outrage comes from the “bumper to bumper” warranty. They talked me into and guaranteed me that anything and everything would be covered. I pay extra monthly for this. Today I brought my car in because the lever to adjust seats became detached. The whole panel on the passenger side seat as well as the drivers side are detached. Regarding the Youngblood Auto in Ozark... I walked onto to the lot to check out the 2018 Jeep Renegades. Jesse Moorefield approached us and had amazing customer service skills. He was fantastic to work with. I was planning on test driving the renegade with hopes that I would learn to not like it. Within an hour of being there, I was signing paperwork to buy one! We are very impressed with Youngblood’s frequent follow up to make sure we are enjoying our 2018 Kia Optima. We receive regular reminders when it is time for service, and while we are waiting, they provide free water or coffee, as well as snacks.
