Was going to buy a new versa straight up but then Bobby the salesman asked if "I had just gotten my taxes back or something and is that why I can afford this car?" You have some work to do if you allow your employees to operate with that level of conceitedness. Wow

I didn’t buy my car through them, but they have helped so much & truly care to try what they can to help me. I want to give a shout out to Noah in the Service Department for Kia. We had our 2013 Kia Sorento in for a oil change, along with checking some other items on the vehicle yesterday. His communication with us was on point, and made sure everything was taken care of when we paid for our services. We have never received such quality customer service like we do at Kia Youngblood. We will be customers for quite some time!

They don't deserve even a star. We went for a recall notice and needed a part put on. We were sold the wrong part even though we were assured by that service guy that it was the right one. In the end, we were sold the wrong part and they couldn't get the right one because they were discontinued. We were told we would be refunded several times. Every time we called we were forced to talk to the same guy. First, we were transferred to him as are service attendant, then as a manager, then as the accountant. He called us once sa... read more
