We bring our 2011 Kia Optima here due to the honest and friendly service. Our motor blew in the car a few months ago. We had it towed in on a Saturday evening and was advised on Monday it was part of the recall. Got the engine replaced (they could have lied and charged us for the work but did not). Now I'm back for the first oil change after the recall and we have a popping sound in the steering wheel. They could claim anything as I am not very mechanically inclined. My husband I and I just bought a 2013 Dodge Journey from them. When we were working on getting it the salesman was good and we were able to work with them. The night it was driven home I noticed some chips and a crack in the windshield and the salesman said we would make an appointment to fix them. They replaced the bumper but no bumper clips so we had to drive around with a vehicle with out the clips. Five years ago I remember we bought our first new car from this place and there was one sales person that was not pushy at all and a very friendly guy that understood our needs not what they think we need but now he is not there anymore. We were coming on Memorial Day to trade our car we bought from them and I was asking if they had an SUV for our price of monthly payments. I had to take my car in to be serviced and was there for about an hour an a half. The Jeep waiting area is undergoing construction, so it was quite loud. The service is always top notch and it was again this time. The only thing I would like to see happen in the waiting areas at Youngblood are workstations for those who need to work while they wait. I had my laptop in my lap and a notebook on the end table next to me and I felt like I just took over my little “area”, which was probably uncomfortable for the man next to me. I... read more

I found a car online with Youngblood Nissan and my husband called to make a deal. He spoke to a salesman by the name of Will and made a deal. This was fair to all around at least thats what we thought. In preparing to go and get the car we called back to make sure all was good and after waiting all day Will called us back and bumped the price up to above what they had listed on their website. I purchased a used Honda CR-V in December from here and just brought it in for my first service appt. It was a top notch experience. No high pressured sales and my first oil change was free. They washed my car and left me w/ a thank you card and a bottle of water in my cup holder. I’m looking forward to finally having a service experience I enjoy!
