We had our van in service department again. Yet again cannot find anything wrong with our tranny. It does not shift right, still does not shift right. That being said, service advisor has no clue. Called saying it is due for a tranny service and that may help with the complaint. I had to call BS on that. Per our owners manual recommended service interval is 120,000. RecommendedWent in for a warranty computer update on my Kia Optima. Was treated very kindly by staff and surprised by a free car wash and bottle of water when I picked up my car.

Ryan Grabill is my service advisor. He always takes great care of Jeep Wrangler when I bring it in. He is great! Always communicates a realistic timeline, keeps in touch throughout the day with the status of my Jeep. Even will give a courtesy call if he is leaving for lunch letting me know he will be gone during a certain time frame. I now have sent my mom and sister to him to take care of their cars as well. I appreciate his hard work and would recommend my friends and family to him.

We just bought our new car from youngblood in Ozark ... Jason, our sales person, was amazing. He wasnt pushy, he was very laid back. This was one of the very best experiences we have ever had. David, the finance manager, was also very easy to work with. I will definitely be back to do future deals!! Even after overlooking an issue we weren’t aware of the next day, they made it right, very quckly, just to make us happy! I would highly recommend both of them to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle!

I went to youngblood auto group today really not knowing what to expect. I had been sending emails back and forth with Joe Garbee for about 2 weeks. I was pretty apprensive due to the fact of what I had to deal with when I purchased 2 cars from another dealer. I had already been turned down once from another dealer with made me even more anxious.
