the people at the ozark location were so friendly and helpful,however the service center at the springfield location treated me like I was an idiot. I took my 2015 subaru to them today as check engine and other lights came on after an oil change. I work for a local Hospice company, and rely on my car everday. They sent me to Subaru in town and I was told it would be several days before they could look at it, having purchased the extended warranty I requested a loaner only to be told they could not provide me with one, offeri... read more

Had our Jeep serviced here and while waiting I had the best experience with their employees! So professional and polite!
