Long story short my car went in working perfectly fine to have recalls fixed. When it came out it had an ABS light and another light on. It was NOT on when it was dropped off. Darwin Graham had multiple stories and lied to me multiple times and then called my girlfriend a liar. Would never do business of any kind with them again. These people are not trustworthy.
service department is awful! we have called numerous times over the past month to get our vehicle in. have been told Andy would call us back so many times, but never recieved call back. We paid for extended protection plan and were told everything would be covered by our salesperson (Matt Males), which was incorrect information- not the first thing he was dishonest about for a car sale. becuase you charge between 100 and 300 to open a glovebox or look at a seatbelt. I will be sure to let everyone I know to avoid your business.
Bring my Jeep in for a airbag recall, they call me and say the airbag won't come unhooked and I need to pay $150 for parts and labor to replace the connector before they can do the recall. talked to management and they don't care. I would recommend taking your vehicle to a place that cares a bit more for customers. Having to do recall work is already a inconvenience for us consumers. I would hope a little appreciation would be showed.
Great people to work with. They went above and beyond what any dealership has for us. Steve and David really put in a lot of work to get us where we needed to be. I won't go to another dealership ever again! They were super patient with us and our two kids. I couldn't ask for better people to do business with!
They post FAKE INTERNET ADVERTISING on pricing. Do not waste your time visiting this dealership. My husband and I have been loyal dodge owners for years and always purchase from Internet pricing and we have always received the price posted. Young blood Dodge posts in BIG RED letters sales price and then when you go in they tell you ,no that price is if you qualify for a long list of discounts. Believe me Young blood Dodge is practicing bait and switch scam advertising.
