My 19 year old daughter and I went in today to buy her a "new to her" car. We got there at 10am. And left at 1:30 with a 2013 Kia Soul. She is very happy and Putty made the process very easy for us both. So far so good!! They were open and upfront through the whole process and I didn't feel that we were treated differently since we were "girls" as I have seen other postings about. Really wish i could give 10 stars. I was treated better within my first 10 minutes of Being there than the last 6 months of dealing with the actual dealership i bought my car from. They answered questions that resulted in finding out that the other place lied about and informed me of other things to make my vehicle last longer. Thank you all so much!

Beware of Youngblood Nissan service department. They were unable to fix my issue after many attempts. Lied about test driving it after repairs (same mileage in as out on the service tickets). Also during my last visit my vehicle was used on two separate trips to run errands for the dealership and to deliver drivers to go pick up cars. (I have a dash camera in my vehicle) When I complained to the General Manager, John Widiger about needing to leave my vehicle with them till its fixed he told me that "The machine says your veh... read more

We bought a Ford Flex a little over a year ago. The salesman was great. We were looking at used vehicles at 2 lots. Price was the same on both vehicles. Youngblood said we put new tires on it and the other vehicle would need tires soon so I thought this would be a better deal we wouldn’t have to buy new tires for a while. I was wrong they put a sport tire on a Ford Flex. Not what it called for. So in a little over 23000 miles the front tires are bald and the back are close.
