So my experience began with email communication with one of the salespeople at the dealership. I expressed my interest in buying a Nissan Murano they had for sale. We went back and forth on the price until we got to a number that we both agreed on. I live 1hr and 30min away from the dealership. So, I told him I would be driving up the next day with a cashier's check for the amount we agreed on. I’ve generally been taken care of for my services here, but service time estimates are generally off base, it’s almost impossible to get a loaner car, and certain services are well overpriced. Decent service overall, enough to keep coming back for basics, perhaps a 3.5 star rating.

I did not purchase my vehicle here but I have brought it to get serviced here for about 4 years, they are always friendly and good about explaining anything that needs done. Most of the time they always run it through a complimentary car wash after the oil change which I always like! Very happy with they’re service department!
The warranty is amazing. We are in the process of getting work done on my Xterra and the people working on it (which is a dealership in another town as we moved away) said to get our next vehicle from Youngblood too because of how great the warranty is.
Charged $115 for seatbelt “diagnostics” to conclude it was broken and they didn’t have a part in stock to fix it. Thank you Youngblood, I knew it was broken.
