Friendly staff. And offered to not only complete the oil change but also wash the vehicle. However, out appointment was at 1:45pm and it is now 3:00pm and we are still waiting.
I've bought 3 cars from here and always have them do my service. Great prices and friendly staff.

Brought my car in for an oil change. Have been sitting here an hour and 40 minutes still no word.
My Kia started breaking down on the side of the road, and we couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. So we decided instead of fixing it ourselves we would send it to the Kia expert that way it could be done right. Communication was terrible. I was told my car would be done Friday, and then I didn't get a call till 2:50 Saturday saying my car was done when they close at 3:00. They were great to work with when I bought my Rogue and have satisfied my needs with servicing it as well. They always get me in even if I don't have an appointment for oil changes and tire rotation.
