Their service department got us in the same day when we had trouble with our truck, while on our way to Branson for a few days. They were very friendly and professional!! Thank you!! The young lady that helped us with our rental car was great!! Aaron Wheeler in service was great! Very helpful!!
Took my 99 Nissan Maxima in for a key programming issue. They said there was a "issue" with the cpu and that it would probably take 3 hours at $115 a service hour. As someone who's worked with cars my whole life, that didn't sounds right. Brought it down to the Rolla dealer and they programmed the key with no issue for $98. I'm assuming someone would have made out with the $300 extra dollars. Crooked employees.

Great group of professionals...always friendly and curtious
Two visits. And not a single sales person came to inquire if they could help me. At one point they actually ran past me to get to a red headed woman who it just pulled in. This was after I have been there for 25 minutes. One lady had actually two sales been helping her and they walked past me. I had already made up my mind that I was buying one of their new car's and left without it. Will never go back now I am at a different car dealership and they seemed more than happy to sell me a car. Youngblood really helped me out more than I could ever imagine. Went through a horrible time at Acura who weren't willing to help me at all and just messed my car up. Youngblood made sure I was taken care of and made up for the experience from the horrible experience at Acura. Geoff got the work done extremely quick and made sure everything was right and worked properly, Mark & Shawn kept in contact with me and made sure everything was taken care of.
Great service people. They are pleasant and do their best to give you great service.
