Bought a Jeep Patriot. Sales team was very helpful and great to deal with. We purchesed the extended warrenty with road side assistance. Glad we did because the transmission filler tube broke and fluid leaked out. Thats when things fell apart. We towed it to a local dealership where it has been sitting for 5 days with no one contacting us. The contract states that we can get a rental car while the issue is being fixed. Dennis kitsmiller was awesome!..completely informed me of all work completed on my car. The young loaner car clerk needs some costumer service training as she is very rude and unprofessional!.. 22 years of working in the dealerships, 11 of them being at Chrysler, I have never been so appalled by costumer service until today!
