Had service work done. Aaron Wheeler, Service Advisor, was very professional and helpful. Advised of a recall I didnt even know about. Always have our service work done here. Very nice people.

It's pretty bad when you drive into a Jeep dealership in a Jeep and start looking at the newer styles and multiple sales guys walk but you and don't even say hello, let alone ask if we're interested in looking at anything. There's quite a few on the lot we liked and had questions about; but after that happened to us TWICE, we will be taking our business elsewhere.
I've went to this dealership before and had a horrible experience. Wanted to give them another try... worst mistake ever. Took my jeep on a drive with a technician (who was wonderful) got a flat... he called the dealership took him more then 5 times to call and get threw to someone to send help. Took them almost an hour before someone showed up. I was on James River! Then I buy tires from them... get my jeep back the next day... They didn't even take the time to clean up their mess!! salesman was honest financial manager was another story!
I went in for a replacement ignition key for my 1995 Jeep Wrangler. I had them cut a key according to the VIN number in their computer. The key did not work in my ignition. I told the young man at the parts counter it didn't work and he happily made another copy off of a key I had which worked perfectly for no additional charge. I was very satisfied with my experience.
