by far the WORST car buying experience of our ENTIRE life. From the moment we purchased it almost one year up until today. bought a 2016 jeep rubicon without even negotiating the price. never haggled one bit. Since it was a Saturday and late in the day they asked us to make an appointment withnour salesman for the following week for a step by step instruction on the navigation and other features we were unfamiliar with. he completely ignored us for almost a month. they gave us some free oil changes that we used, where they n... read more

By and far the most unprofessional call I've ever had with the general manager of what I thought was a respected company. After calling to file a professional complaint against one of their sales team members (because of another, highly unprofessional sales call), I spoke with John Widiger who had the most atrocious soft skills of any leader or member of management I've ever spoken to. I had an above average experience in purchasing my vehicle January 3rd of this year. Patrick King was my salesman. He was very helpful. The only downfall was that someone had lost one of the two keys to my vehicle, and they didn't give the second one as promised. The best part came from Colt in the service department. Colt was very helpful and made my experience worth using their shop for! He needs a raise! Brad Gideon was also awesome to worth with. All and all I would recommend someone to purchase here.

I am very disappointed with Nissan. I got in my car to go to the store and one tire was at 9 lbs. I quickly went to a tire place and got it filled up and went straight to Nissan. It was 2:34M when I got in the stall, the guy refused to look at it. You don’t close until 3:00: I would have been satisfied with just putting the donut on until Monday, but he refused to do it. He told me to go down the street to Mitchem. I got there at at 2.45PM, they close at 3:00PM. They put the donut on and long story short, I am buying my tire... read more

I went in to have a recall repair done on my Jeep and felt it was a great experience. The staff was polite and helpful. The waiting area for customers was very welcoming and even had snacks which i loved as i had to run out the door in the morning so i didnt have time to eat anything. They did the work on my vehicle, washed it up all nice, and gave me the paperwork that explained all the work done. I decided that for now on i will go there for my oil changes as i really appreciated the great customer service.

This place is amazing! Placing customers 1st!!!!! The owner is there daily and their goal is to put people in the car they want at a payment they can afford......did I mention their new vehicles come with a lifetime power train warranty! :) :) :)

Zach Holiday goes above and beyond as a salesman. I appreciated him through the sales process and the follow up service. We had a couple of issues and he made it right.
