Talking about a total waste of time. The sales person was nice, but the man behind the curtain that valued my trade-in was $3000 below poor book value, when other dealers had been giving me numbers above average trade per NASA and Black Book. Why start out insulting someone you want to be your customer?.
Can you get lower than one?never felt so cheated . 440 dollars just to look at it I'd hate to see what the charges were to fix it . Pure thievery

I took my car in for an oil change and happen to notice that the dealership finally had a patriot in the color I wanted, with all the options I wanted. So while I was waiting I went online and looked it up on their website to find that it had a dealer discount of $5500 off MSRP. Issue: Service Department Manger! On Monday 07/11/2016 my husband and I were on vacation (two hours from home). While driving through downtown Branson our 1 year old vehicle left us stranded on hwy 76 with a carload of young softball players. Very disappointed! I bought a 2015 Jeep Renegade at the end of last year. Recently, I realized the locking mechanism on my doors had malfunctioned. When using the fob, the horn beeps and lights flicker. I assumed the doors were locked, only to find out all the side doors are unlocked. The lock buttons inside the car have stopped working as well.
