Absolutely TERRIBLE. Purchased two vehicles from them 2 months ago. Had nothing but issues with my pre-owned vehicle that was "checked extensively". Power steering/key fob mechanism failed in my 2010 Nissan Maxima (known issue that should have been checked). Told by service (David) that "this will be covered under warranty and so will diagnostic check." Later, received call that it was magically NOT covered and would be over $1000 for repair. Immediately asked to have car towed to a more reputable repair shop. To top things ... read more

I have to say I am really disappointed by your new choice of advertising. I really didn't expect to hear implied profanity in your new ad-No Bull____ on KY3 on a Sunday morning as I'm getting ready to go to church. When I consider a new car, I will not consider your dealership. Thank you.

Worst service department ever. Had my jeep all day for a small recall that should take less than an hour. Didn't bother calling me to tell me when it was completed, I had to go back to the dealership and it took 30min to get the paperwork done on a free recall! Then I discovered that someone had taken a joyride in it, because all my settings were changed and they left they're personal keys in the cup holder!! This was not something that required any kind of "test drive". I'll never go back and I'll be sure to not recommend.

We loved working with them! The salesman, Clint, helped us stay within our budget and never tried to push anything out of our price range, which we appreciated after trying to work with other dealerships. When we went to finance our vehicle they made sure to get us the lowest interest rate possible, even to the point of calling a bank personally which ended with our interest rate HALF of what was originally quoted. We would definitely go the them again and recommend the highly!

The service department is a joke - but at least they are really expensive! I took my 2007 Jeep Wrangler in to get a quote on replacing the Clock Spring & gas cap and ESIM sensor - all issues that my regular mechanic was able to identify but not fix. It took these people 2.5 days just to identify the problem and give me a quote. And the quote was $800 for a job that ANOTHER dealership quoted at $500. When I went to pick up my jeep, they tried to charge me $159 as a diagnostic fee. They ended up reducing it to $120. $120 and n... read more

5 stars for our sales person, Daren Barnes. He listened to our every need. He spent hours test driving several vehicles with me and even stayed late. We will definitely be back when we're in the market again. He got us the car we wanted and at a great price. Cannot say enough good things about our experience.

Wort salesmen ever told me I was approved for a car for what i had down then after looking at another he said I needed another thousand down when I wanted my origional choice he was looking at his watch the whole time and cut my test drive short because he wanted to go home I had purchased my current car there before and it was good experience but this time around the salesmen didnt want to do anything but go home I hope they reevaluate their sales staff because ive been in sales before and thats NOT How it should be done

If I were you, I wouldn't buy a car here. Their "warranty" is not really a warranty. It's a warranty IF you bring your car in to them and let them charge you $200 every 30,000 miles to do a spark plug change. And that is only IF you know you are supposed to do that--we aren't mechanics! How do we know that? We take our cars for oil changes and keep them up to date. This car has had three different sets of tires on it since we bought it new in 2011. The car can't keep aligned. It's really a sad day when people can't take care... read more

In 2009 I purchased a Kia and had a good experience with the salesman but have had horrible experiences with the service department from that point forward - I had to take my car back 8 times to fix a problem with the air conditioner, and it got so bad I was in tears every time I had to be there. A week ago I wanted to trade in my vehicle, and against my better judgment, I returned to Youngblood because I figured I'd get the best trade in value for my car. Ultimately it is my fault, but I've been racked with guilt that I let... read more
