Received a letter from them stating I had one a prize. No purchase necessary and to come into the dealership. There were 4 possible prizes which were an ipad, 2 night stay vacation, $500, and another prize can't remember I believe it was another money prize. Took it into the dealership and they so happen to be out of vouchers but that I won the two night vacation package. Great experience at Youngblood! They went out of their way to find my dream car, and I got it for a great price too. So grateful for the people at Youngblood Auto Group.
First experience is I pull up with the car to have it checked for recalls (first time being there was unsure how it worked) so I pulled inside and got out of my car. I was not greeted and stood by the car for a bit before going over to see what I needed to do. Then after the guy helped me (I can't remember his name) he talked about how bad the car is and doubted the recall was going to be fixed. Horrible customer service took my Kia in for warranty work never had a problem with the van picked it up in less than 48 hours later suddenly had a cracked radiator that was going to cost $1,000 the service center told me to call a certain tow company and tell them they were paying the bill however when my husband went to pick up our van they refuse to pay the bill and charged us $147 to get our from them. I find this all highly suspicious considering we had the van for years and never had one problem with it

We went back in 2014 and traded our Kia Rio for a 2013 Kia Soul that we LOVE. We are going in tomorrow to swap our Soul for something with additional seating to make room for baby number four. See you all then!
