I’m coming to Youngblood next time!!! After a horrible and frustrating experience with the service department at the Jeep dealership in Aurora, MO, I’m going to drive the extra few miles to Youngblood!

In January of 2015 4 months after I bought it the TRANSMISSION seized up!! Absolutely disappointed. I bought a vehicle from there in Dec. I wasn't told about the accident it was in until AFTER the paperwork was signed... I forgave that... people make mistakes. Since DECEMBER (5 months ago) I've had to replace a tire because the low air light kept coming on, salesman said all it needed was air. (The light came on, on our way home from buying it) put air in it, guess what.... there was a hole in the tub had to be replaced. then, then I called a few days later because I realized the wiper didn't work ... read more

All I wanted from Youngblood Kia Service was basic communication. Instead I got days of waiting with no response to my calls, and then a bill and time commitment way out of proportion to the estimate. The person responsible for our repairs never once answered his phone. Three times I left him a voicemail to check on the status of my repairs, each with no response. Took the jeep in for a leaking blown shock. Old shock was cleaned and put back on and i was told it was new. The shock was marked before I went in to know if it was actually replaced and it wasnt. Watch your parts if they service it. Recently bought a new rubicon and took my business elsewhere.

Do not buy a car from this place unless someone else checks it out first!! Sold a car with dry rotted tires that were expired and is ok with that! Will not help the customer!
