They have made every normal service experience great... but this weekend I had an unexpected issue. They were able to get me in on Monday and took care of everything! I experienced no down time at work as everything was under my amazing warranty! Love my Kia and so thankful for their customer service!

The entire staff is great. After totaling out my new vehicle, I dreaded going car shopping. I was a repeat customer at another dealership and continued to have a bad experience with them. I came to Youngblood expecting nothing different. Boy was I wrong. Scott and Tempa bent over backwards to make everything work for us. Friendly, not pushy and I felt like I was valued as a customer. No tricks, nobody stalking you on the lot, and very upfront. I will never go anywhere else. I cannot say enough good things about them.
