Do to the snow storm I was going to cancel the oil change. When I called Les was able to fit me in which was so helpful. Thanks if the great service.

I found the service very good and informative. However they could have extended me the 10% off service coupon which they e-mailed to me only days before I took the car in for service. I printed it out but in my haste to leave the house it inadvertently fell on the floor and I did not notice it. Nice service when they are billing the insurance company - drop you like a bad habit when the well dries up. Rotten communicators, slow or non-existent support. Won't follow thru with promises. Fool me once shame on you, ........
Loved my first experience here. Had Mazda for 15 years and love my new Passat. The service we got from Kyle S. was amazing, knowledgeable, and helpful in making this decision. I will be back again for sure and recommend to everyone. In fact we told our friends and they went and got a SUV this week.
Tony and the crew do a great job. He provides me with great service and there to explain any questions that I might have. Been working with Tony long before, he came to Young. He is the reason I went to Young and as long as he is service manager Young will get my business. He's a great guy to work with.
