What a rip off!! We gave Young VW a shot despite their awful reputation - now we're sorry we did. The salesman changed the deal by $1,000 and the Assistant Manager lied to back it up. DO NOT TRUST YOUNG VW. Pass it on, DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH YOUNG VW. Not honest, not worthy of trust.
They welcome you and treat you like old friends, it's a pleasant experience.
I have been dealing with the service department for 25 years at Young VW and the service is the reason I keep buying VW's there. Tony the service manager keeps everyone in check and treats me with the up most respect. Oh, I forgot to mention, Young VW has the lowest priced VW's in the Lehigh Valley.
I always get quick and good service on my golf. This visit was for new tires using my vw tdi goodwill card.
Wonderful service at VW. I'm so glad i bought a new 2015 Golf Sportwagon. Thanks Joe for all your help. I love the hot chocolate & relaxing lounge too.
What's not to like? Tony Viglianti runs a very competent personnel ship. We are a two Beetle family and the service at Young VW is excellent. Les Bussell is always friendly and helpful regarding the maintenance of our cars.
