Everyone is very nice and there is a comfortable lounge.
I went in for my 80k and everything was done on time and didn't take as long as I thought it would so I was out on time. I truly believe that for VW that it's best to use dealer because I want my VW to make it 250k

We have been using Young VW for years. I can not speak for sales, but the service department employees are great to work with. The prices are reasonable, I never had an issue with their repairs, and the Passat is always ready for pick-up when promised.
The service - as ever - was performed in an efficient, professional manner. Our service advisor - John & manager Tony are always looking for ways to improve the experience. John is there for us when we call with questions or comments... They have maintained my EOS since new & new we have added a Passat to the mix & will continue to frequent the customer lounge while they handle our vehicles - then wash them - of course!! All-n-All excellent experiences....
The service was performed as requested, except that I showed up 90 minutes early for my appointment but they took care of me very well, and I was on my way to my next appointment a full 30 minutes before my original appointment was scheduled. I didn't rate it 5 stars, but I would if there were Saturday service hours. It is very difficult for me to arrange and schedule an appointment Monday through Friday
Service was courteous and well done. The estimated time to complete was accurate and everyone I dealt with was very professional. Although I have to drive more than I would like to purchase a vehicle here, it was worth the extra time involved.
