Great service department and good variety of vehicles on premises!
I am so pleased with the way I was treated by Young VW's service department. Today was the first time in over a decade that I had taken any car to a dealer for service. I was prepared to be overcharged and pressured into unnecessary repairs but the prices were very competitive and I found the service rep to be very honest. While in the waiting room, I saw that other customers were given the same respect and honest advice. Thanks for everything. I will be back.
I'm a huge VW fan. I'm now on my 3rd, and don't plan to break with tradition when my current Jetta retires. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else but Young for sales and service. The staff is exceptional. From the front-line folks to the technicians, I always leave feeling like my car and I are both in good hands and well cared for.
