Don’t use this dealership. They aren’t returning my calls about a refund I’m owed due to a deal that fell through. Salesperson reneged on price and finance guy did not offer his best rate first. Now, I can’t get a call back about my refund.

Incompetent service writers that never get back to you. They offer loaner cars but never have any for you. At least that’s what they claim. Stay away from this dealer.
If I could rate it a 0 star I would drove from NJ NEVER AGAIN!. Very bad experience with this dealership was already approved by Volkswagen Credit prior to contacting the dealership,very poor communication between the salesmans was suppose to had a quote emailed or ready for me at my scheduled appointment salesman blamed the other for not notifying them of the Quote.Ended up going to my bank making out a cashiers check for $10,000 in the dealerships name for nothing because they were unwilling to get me to a monthly payment ... read more
I am new to the area and I urgently had to make a minor repair to my Tiguan and I arrived without an appointment and they treated me very well, they were friendly and helpful.
This place was really great with customer service and explaining everything, i enjoyed the car buying experience with them , great job 👍🏽
I’m a woman of very few words but I will say that Russ and Dylan were absolutely amazing!!! I cannot express that enough. I left the lot in my New to me car without feeling robbed. Without feeling uneasy and without any level of anxiety. I would 100% recommend!
