Overall excellent!
Zach was a wonderful salesman!!! He made my first car buying experience excellent and was so helpful and knowledgeable. He did a great job and i LOVE my new car!
Everything was done as promised for a reasonable price. But I had to wait nearly 3 hours. But I guess that's not unreasonable for airbag replacement,oil change and tire rotation. I would have give 5 stars if I didn't get the old "The car wash is broken" routine and obviously didn't get the car back clean. Although I live over 60 miles away, I'll probably will be back
Bought my first VW (GTI) from Patrick O'Connor and it was the least stressful car buying experience I've had. No pressure and considerate, knowledgeable, fast service. Highly recommend. And----I am smitten with my GTI.
