RecommendedI own 3 VW’s all bought at Young’s. All serviced at Young’s since 2001 (back at their original location) I absolutely love their service. Not only do they take very good care of our cars. Today I called Tony (VW Service Manager) and asked him if he could check out a VW my daughter was looking to buy (from another dealership) and he had no problem. After checking the car he advised her (with a full write up) to not purchase the car. Thank you Tony for taking care of my family. You are the best!
My husband had a recall on his car. Well 3 of them. He called here and attempted to make an apt for the issues. And he told him the one issues which we knew was a recall was not and he would have to pay out of pocket for it which would of been expensive and it was an air bag issue so it needed to be taken care of ASAP. My husband call the vw dealership in Allentown. They looked it all up seen everything was covered had his car there in 2 days fixed all issues with no problems. Could not have been happier with my purchase from Young VW. From the moment we stepped on the lot my salesman Russ made my wife and I feel welcomed and completely at home. I purchased a Jeep Rubicon that came with two tops. Since I had traded in my pick up I had no way to get the hard top home... So the team at Young delivered it to me house all the way in Washington, NJ! From Russ, to the finance team, to the owners, Young VW is a top notch, customer centric dealership that I would recommend to anyone!
Loved my 2003 Jetta, love my 2013 Tiguan, best customer service would not trade them.
I recently bought a used Mazda and air-conditioning needed to be looked at I brought it into the dealership the guy in the service department told me that even though it’s covered under warranty I would still have to pay for it and MAYBE I would be reimbursed. I was so frustrated with this dealership that I drove over to Hecktown Jeep and traded my car in and I will never buy a Volkswagen or Mazda ever again in my life! definitely do not recommend this dealership nothing but problems and a hassle.
