Had our VW Passat in for service, as always great service ,Tony and the team are great, we wouldn't buy or service our cars anywhere else!
Stopped in with no appointment. Small problem with my Jetta. Only a Battery. Got me out in record time. Fantastic!
Transmission cracked on my 2014 Jetta, Service dept said it was a Clutch problem and said it was not covered under power train warranty due to "abuse" I sent it back to where I purchased it and they discovered that the clutch was fine, but the Transmission case was cracked. Even after sending photos of the cracked transmission to Young, Tony the service manager still refused to fix it, Took it to Flemington VW and they repaired it under warranty in three days.
My 2006 Jetta Diesel has been taken care of very well. This past year it has cost me a lot of money...but it has 205,000 miles on it. I keep hoping that there will be a long time between big repair bills, but the car still rides well and performs well, so I still put the money into it. At some point I'll give it to my son to commute in because he can more cheaply do the little repairs himself. It's a great car, and Youngs has been fair with me for all these miles.
I had my Passat in for the 50,000 service and everything went great and at a fair price.
Just had my '04 R32 inspected for the last time by Tony and his fantastic team!!! Hope your ready for my 2016 Jetta Sport! Ciocca VW tried to get me to promise that I would ONLY use them for service! LOL!!! Young is the BEST for service hands down because of caring people like Tony V and the dream team!
The service is great, whether I'm relaxing in the lounge as they service my Passat or if I drop it off. Now if only they can develop a car wash that allows for the roof rack. :-) Keep up the great work.
