Bought a mower and it smoked from day one. After calling several times was the carburetor but they couldn't explain the oil coming from the exhaust. Told me to take to shop and they would fix after taking it was told it's my fault the crankshaft was bent and had to pay ***** to the shop for looking at it . After sending videos of the issue from day one they sent me a new motor funny since it was user error they would do that. Had to install myself so good and bad I guess out ***** over all.
I had a bearing lock up on my cement mixer. Once I contacted YardMax, and indicated where the failure point was, I was promptly sent the necessary parts and now have my mixer up and running again. I am very pleased with the service I received while dealing with this. *******************, Salem, IN
**** holding handle of my mower came out on first use before I noticed that the nut vibrated off. Called customer service and they immediately sent out the parts I needed. The mower was extremely well packaged and protected by the shipping container. There was no assembly except to unfold the handles and the instructions were clear. There were multiple warnings about there being no oil in the motor - pretty hard to miss. The engine starts just ********** is a self-propelled walk behind mower which I am very happy with.
Purchased a Yardmax push mower about 6 months ago, and today the back wheel totally fell off. I reached out to the customer service team on a whim, assuming it was too far past the purchase date. After submitting a quick form, they got back to me in a few hours, had be register using some information on the machine, and then sent me a replacement wheel right away! Great customer service from *************************!
Mower ran over piece of cord that got tangled into blade. Shut mower off and cleared problem. Mower wouldn't start. Called for help. Received support immediately. Told to check plug and filter. Air filter was fine and plug had just the slightest bit of carbon. Cleaned off plug and mower has been working fine ever since. Technician followed up to make sure everything was OK.
Machine was damaged in shipping and customer service ***** helped me get new wheels quickly!!Great Service!!!RonJ
I had a problem with my machine and the support person was very patient with me and explained different methods to fix the issue. Now the issue was fix thanks to *************** Thank you very much!!??
It started out as a bad experience when the engine on my Yard Max Mower blew up with less than five hours. Dealing with Yard Max was trying at times. It was taking weeks and going nowhere. They finally put someone in charge who got the ball rolling and getting my lawn mower back to me. Overall it seems to be a well made machine and I hope to get many years out m of it.
