Yardmax is the worst business I have ever had the experience to deal with. I had to take it in for repair. They did say I was under warranty and where I could take it. They have never responded to the bill I sent in. When I call they put me on hold and never come back. The blower it self rates a -0 on a scale of ****
Trying to order a part online but you cannot chose an adress in ****** for delivery.Calling the customer service and she tells me her computer is down and that she will calle next day but never did Called next day and she said she cannot helpe in ******.I blame ****** as well for bring this brand to ****** with no customer service.
Horrible customer service. 9 ton log splitter motor seized up after 3 hours of use. They refused to send me a new unit. Would only send me a new motor that I would have to install myself. DO NOT BUY ANY YARDMAX PRODUCTS.
Avoid any product made by YardMax. They are junk from *****. My lawnmower lasted less than a year. For no apparent reason, the engine seized and could not be repaired. YardMax gave me the runaround and it was clear they had no intention of honoring the warranty.
Yardmax has been very accommodating in sending me a replacement wheel even after the warranty expired. **************** has been exceptional which adds great value to this product. I would definitely buy this snow blower again.

yardmax 2 stage snow blower is a piece of you know what complained about the tires going flat, they sent me new tires. used only twice. when used for the third time it kept getting clogged in 5 inches of snow. i always spray my snowblowers with a silicone spray so it don't clog. but it constantly does. please whatever you do, don't buy this piece of c***
They won't honor there warranty i haven't been able to use my new smowblower they won't send me the correct part. And i have tried to return this product the company will not respond
They have refused to honor a warrantee claim. They have shined me on for months.
