I am trying to get spare parts for my yard max chipper. I have requested via online contact and called twice requesting either the parts or resource for buying them. No return call, no email response, this non-existing customer support.

I'm Forced to give YARDMAX 1 STAR So I can Post my Review.... But Between Me and You... NO STAR...Purchased the YARDMAX Lawnmower from ****** March 25, 2021 Stop working in September 2021 Contact ****** they said it's over the 30 Days return period and to contact manufacture. YARDMAX instructed me to take it to a Small Engine Repair Shop for Troubleshooting. Outcome was Engine Bad and needed to be Replaced. Contact YARDMAX and Emailed Copies of Repair Shop Paperwork. Yard Max is horrible. **************** never answers and never calls back. The concrete mixer is so patheticly designed, you can't put a wheelbarrow under it to pour the concrete out.It broke down after only five short uses. For three weeks solid I have called customer service who refuses to answer their phone and then never calls back like they say they will. so the concrete mixer is still sitting at the repair shop because we can't get a part for it , since yardmax has zero customer service. I have been trying to contact Yardmax for parts that I ordered. (which they sent me the wrong parts) and now everytime I call customer service, I get hung up on. I have left messages and emailed them, with no response to anything. They did say that they would refund my money for the parts they sent that were not the ones I ordered. I guess we will see if that happens.

I purchased a 22 in yardmax snowblower over a month ago and parts was missing from box.Contacted yardmax and they was gonna send me part and box is delivered empty so i never received any parts .Had to make my own part,so the best advice i can give anyone buying anything from yardmax is . GO SOMEWHERE ELSE WHERE PEOPLE CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS////// WHAT A BUNCH OF LOSERS.

I purchased my Yardmax YG1650 from a local home store in March 2021. In less than 3 months the push mower engine began smoking on start up. The store had a 30-day policy, several attempts to contact Yardmax had ZERO replies. The website gave several local repair shops as service centers, that failed. So, I decided to h*** with it, I'll fix it myself. The problem was a bad valve guide seal. I finally found one to match from ***** engine parts on Amazon. Ordered a Yardmax mower from ********** for home delivery. It was never delivered, at least not to us. *** acknowledges this and filed a claim form with Yardmax. Yardmax insists we are not their customer, we are **********'s customer, even though the mower is shipped directly from Yardmax. *** procedure is the claim goes to the shipper and the shipper makes it right. The shipper, in this case Yardmax, refuses to make it right. We are out $230."

After doing some in depth research of the company, For an American Company to give their customers so much grief in contacting them and getting repairs while under warranty it's advisable to steer very clear of this company. The product I Was considering on buying was the front tined tiller, I contacted the store that had it in stock and asked who made the engine. I was told it was a Yardmax engine, I asked where the engine was made. When I was told it was made in China was when I made the decision to Never purchase Anything... read more
