I purchased a log splitter and had a small issue. **************** rep was quick to respond and very helpful in resolving the problem.
I purchased a one-hand operation electric log splitter, but I received a two-handed operation splitter that was shipped out to me from *********** I sent an email, and within 48 hours, they responded and shipped a replacement switch out to install and make it a one-hand operation splitter. Very prompt and helpful.
My first Yard max product. I'm pleased to mention I'm very satisfied. After assembly and adding the included oil, it started on the second pull, I played with the different levels of speed I couldn't go pass 3 because it took me for a ride and my grass was tall. I needed a replacement part, customer service responded expeditiously. So far so good ??.
Mower had an issue with the pull starter. **************** was very responsive and sent new part which resolved the issue. Thanks
Purchased the Yardmax a couple weeks ago, fairly easy assembly out of the box. Had a slight issue with one of the parts so I had to contact customer service. They were very responsive and the part is on its way. I like the easy height adjustment feature and mower is very easy to operate overall so far.

Exceptional customer service. My customer service rep from ******************** was wonderfully efficient and got the replacement parts I needed ordered and out to me very quickly A+ experience.
Auto return quit working on my Full Boar Log splitter. After making small video and running through all system checks a new control valve was sent out. I installed it and works like new. Thank you for standing behind your products.
