Excellent customer service in regarding my issue. When first suggestion didnt correct the issue and reported back a second suggestion in a timely matter did.
****** addressed my concerns in regards to the issue that I had with my Yardmax mower. I am hoping to call back to order the part that will arrive at their warehouse in a few weeks. Will come back and update review in regards to ordering of part.
I've had a couple of manageable problems with my yardmax mower. Each time customer service helped me diagnose the cause and promptly sent out new parts and written or video instructions to fix the problems without much difficulty. They do ask for pictures or a quick video of the problem or failed part, as it makes for a better diagnosis and faster turnaround time getting the right parts out and the machine up and running. Kudos to ******* for the nice customer service.
I purchased a log splitter and had a small issue. **************** rep was quick to respond and very helpful in resolving the problem.
I purchased a one-hand operation electric log splitter, but I received a two-handed operation splitter that was shipped out to me from *********** I sent an email, and within 48 hours, they responded and shipped a replacement switch out to install and make it a one-hand operation splitter. Very prompt and helpful.
My first Yard max product. I'm pleased to mention I'm very satisfied. After assembly and adding the included oil, it started on the second pull, I played with the different levels of speed I couldn't go pass 3 because it took me for a ride and my grass was tall. I needed a replacement part, customer service responded expeditiously. So far so good ??.
Mower had an issue with the pull starter. **************** was very responsive and sent new part which resolved the issue. Thanks
Purchased the Yardmax a couple weeks ago, fairly easy assembly out of the box. Had a slight issue with one of the parts so I had to contact customer service. They were very responsive and the part is on its way. I like the easy height adjustment feature and mower is very easy to operate overall so far.
