The customer service was top notch! I had a wheel issues and a grass collector problem. They solved my issue with great communication and also shipped me the right parts within days. Ill definitely be adding new mowers this coming spring. Thanks YardMax

I had an issue withthe blade on my mower the 1st time I used it. Saima was my rep and did an excellent job getting me a replacement. She was very professional/ polite and on top of everything for me clear down to letting me know the replacement was shipped. Awesome costumer service.

Bought a mower from YardMax 3 months and 2 weeks ago the self-propel stop working. Contacted customer service about the issue and within a week after talking to someone I received a replacement in the mail.

Awesome service from my rep ***** whose name will be redacted as other names appear to be from reviews. I appreciate her going above and beyond to help me identify the correct part and ensure it would help me replace the rear axle on my push mower to get me rolling and cutting again. Part was reasonably priced as well. Thanks again!

I have had to have them replace mower parts 4 different times within the first 4 months of use. They have shipped replacement parts that are under warranty for the first year but refuse to refund or completely replace what is clearly an awful lawnmower. I've never had such an awful product that I've paid hundreds of dollars for.

Excellent customer service in regarding my issue. When first suggestion didnt correct the issue and reported back a second suggestion in a timely matter did.

****** addressed my concerns in regards to the issue that I had with my Yardmax mower. I am hoping to call back to order the part that will arrive at their warehouse in a few weeks. Will come back and update review in regards to ordering of part.

I've had a couple of manageable problems with my yardmax mower. Each time customer service helped me diagnose the cause and promptly sent out new parts and written or video instructions to fix the problems without much difficulty. They do ask for pictures or a quick video of the problem or failed part, as it makes for a better diagnosis and faster turnaround time getting the right parts out and the machine up and running. Kudos to ******* for the nice customer service.
