I had a problem with my mower after about twelve hours of use. The metal tubing that connects the lower handle to the deck actually broke in half I called to order a ***lacement and the customer service *** helped me find a new one and they ***laced it under warranty. I was not expecting that. I am extremely pleased and I was treated extremely well. Part shipped from IL within twenty-four hours. ***************.

Purchased a Yardmax model: YG2760 about a year ago, the drive system stopped working. I contacted support and in less than a minute ******* picked up the phone and helped me troubleshoot the problem. They are sending me replacement parts needed to correct the problem. Amazing! Thank you for backing up your products!!!
I purchased a Yardmax push mower last year and it's been a great mower! Just recently, the lower handle broke so I contacted the manufacturer, wondering where I could purchase that part. They responded after a day or 2 and to my surprise, they're sending out ***lacement parts at no charge! Register your products! It's beneficial for warranty! Thank you for servicing what you sell!!!
