Purchased a Yardmax model: YG2760 about a year ago, the drive system stopped working. I contacted support and in less than a minute ******* picked up the phone and helped me troubleshoot the problem. They are sending me replacement parts needed to correct the problem. Amazing! Thank you for backing up your products!!!
I purchased a Yardmax push mower last year and it's been a great mower! Just recently, the lower handle broke so I contacted the manufacturer, wondering where I could purchase that part. They responded after a day or 2 and to my surprise, they're sending out ***lacement parts at no charge! Register your products! It's beneficial for warranty! Thank you for servicing what you sell!!! The *** was wonderful and helpful!

Purchased lawnmower less than 6 months ago. The product motor is locked and cant be fixed. **************** is not helpful. The cost of the mower was over $400
I had a great experience with Yard Max. Mr. ******* at Yard Max took great care of me and shipped the transmission, which was under warranty, to my house. He did a great job following up with me to ensure everything was taken care of for fixing my lawn mower. Thank you, and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy a Yard Max lawn mower.
Yardmax Support left me feeling scammed. Cheap products, laughable warranty, avoid at all cost.
YARDMAX to the rescue. The 21 inch, 170cc push lawn mower has been an excellent machine for cutting in tight places and all around my yard. However, recently I needed a unique part. Local lawn mower shops didn't carry the part. So I contacted YARDMAX online. Registered my machine and requested assistance. Within 24 hours, I received an email that the part had been mailed out (with up grades)
Truly a breath of fresh air experience in this era of robot answering and unqualified people on other continents that don't understand what you need. I needed a part for my wood splitter that didn't seem to exist for awhile. My only negative is that I hope that the cradle needed to mount the 34" wood table is made easier to find. That, however was way overshadowed by the team effort to find this part, even when I was about to give up they pursued the problem and found what I needed at a very fair price.
