Horrible! Salesmen tell you whatever you want to hear to make a sale! Don't ever buy a used car from this place. They don't honor their word at all. Sold my daughter a 1 year old car with a host of issues and refused to fix it after she took possession.
This past weekend my daughter got married in Virginia. We are from Michigan. While there, my Mountaineer had mechanical issues. I work at a Lincoln/Ford dealership, and requested that my vehicle be towed to Ourisman. The towing company did not tow my car to Ourisman, but to a dealership almost 20 miles away, with no record of where it was. Ourisman does a great job of backing up its products. Very professional and friendly service.
Dropped my car off for an oil change, two hours later they had forgotten to start the service and lost the car in the lot. Realizing their mistake, still could not get the car into service in any reasonably time, so I'm leaving without an oil change. So much for my Saturday.
Bad customer service in the service dept. Came in to get an oil change wait almost two hours. No one check on me. White woman with tattoos signed me in. Heavy set guy very disrespectful. I'm black. If you ask me I think you have a few racists working in your establishment.
