I have to say that typically i hate when i have to buy a car but Ourisman Ford of Alexandria not only made me feel welcome and at home, but also gave me an unbelievable deal on my dream truck! I worked via email for a week to pin down an Out the Door price on an Explorer. Not only did they not honor the price we agreed to, they didn't even have the vehicle! They were advertising a demo with 4500 miles on it and in the hands of the owner's daughter as a new car on the lot. It took them three hours to finally come clean about the situation. On the way out the GM tried to shake my hand and say he was sorry we couldn't come to an agreement. Ridiculous.

Don't go here. Don't spend your money at this place. The service is awful, they have outright lied on more than one occasion. They also have a D- Better Business Bureau rating. Do NOT go here!
so far good customer service after 1 year of owning car. Only complaint is that there should have been free servicing on the car for the first 1-2 years or 10000 miles like other dealers I have purchased cars from
